Shipping and Returns

• Returns will be accepted with prior written confirmation from Evel One.
• Items must be sent in original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
• Refunds of only the product price will be made. We do not refund shipping costs.
• Shipping costs may NOT be reflected in the shopping cart. Generally it will be lower if there are multiple items in your cart. We only charge for the cost of shipping and insurance. There are no handling fees associated.

Privacy Notice

• We do not in any manner, shape, or form share the info written to us via form, shopping cart or email with any other entity. It is used solely by us for shipping orders, responding to client's queries, and or sending newsletters.

The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
